Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any amount up to $50 for a fraudulent order that gets past our screening process, Glassic Arts will reimburse you for the amount the bank holds you liable for, (limited to a maximum of $50). We will cover this liability for purchases made from us provided the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own. Of course, in the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must also immediately notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Shipping & Handling

We do not currently ship outside of the United States . We also do not currently accept international credit card orders.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the FL without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
